1) Privacy and Confidentiality: Alizio Tax and Consulting will never disclose to anyone the information given to us, except as authorized by law. 2) Professional and Courteous Service: You will always be treated in a professional and courteous manner. 3) Alizio Tax and Consulting is available year round to help you and answer any questions you might have. Please allow up to 48 hours to return your phone call. 4) Original Documents: All documents given to us for tax preparation will be copied and kept in our “workpapers”. These “workpapers” are property of Alizio Tax and Consulting. All original documents will be returned to the client. 5) Tax Notices: If for any reason you receive a notice from the IRS or any State jurisdiction related to a tax return that we prepared, Alizio Tax and Consulting will respond on your behalf if necessary. 6) Fees: Alizio Tax and Consulting charges per hour of time worked on clients
